This is generally next day within the North Island, & for the South Island this is the case 99% of the time... All orders $70 and over do qualify for free shipping & under $70 $5 flat fee!
If you do require a signature your needs can be met here too...
All parcels are delivered by a tracked GPS courier service with no signature required, and if no one is home the parcel is left in a safe place around the house that is not visible from the road, & a tracking number is provided!
Faulty Products & Returns terms and conditions
Obviously all faulty pumps will be replaced and we stand by our products 100%.... Some of the pumps being airless... Require turning upside down and priming to get the airless pumps working!
I can only return obviously unused and unopened products... Within 7 days of purchase!... Refunds incur a 10% restocking fee

Delivery during Covid 19 Level 3 & 4
As we are an essential service for our medical skincare and cosmeceuticals absolutely delivering orders during Covid 19 Level 3 & 4 - all orders in will go out ASAP on the courier - although overnight is paid, during this time it is not guaranteed... Courier arrives at varying times daily - anywhere between 11 am and 2pm and pickup is done contactless. There is strictly no pickups during level 3 or 4..
