Vitamin C with Hesperidin Complex is combined in a buffered environment (Ascorbic Acid and Calcium Ascorbate) to assist in Vitamin C deficiency, and is a convenient means of taking the bioflavonoid combination powder form. Vitamin C with Hesperidin Complex contains nutrients which have a positive effect on the circulatory system and circulation in general. Among the most important symptoms of ascorbic acid deficiency are tendency to bleeding, haemorrhaging under the skin and in the gums which can be attributed to collagen breakdown. Ascorbic acid is a strong antioxidant and is presumed to function in an oxidation-reduction system involving electron transfer in the cells. This involves reducing free radicals to other forms so that they are harmless to the body.

Dosage
Adults- 2.5grams (½ metric teaspoon) in a glass of water or non-acidic fruit juice twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Children (2-12 years) 1.25 grams (1/4 metric teaspoon) in a glass of water or non-acidic fruit juice twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
